Beef Stroganoff with Rice
Trek'n Eat version of the classic meal named after Russian royalty Stroganoff, made from beef and rice. With this, we pay a culinary tribute to its namesake and late 19th-century St Petersburg, offering a gourmet treat with an epicurean flavour. The flavour can be individually refined by adding extras such as paprika, tarragon, vinegar, sherry, cognac or white wine, depending on what you have on hand. But of course, even without adding extras, our Beef Stroganoff with Rice remains a solid classic for meals away from home - a favourite that has found fans far beyond the borders of the northwestern Russian metropolis with its eventful 200-year history.
