Shipping costs Belgium are €4.90. Delivery to your home or via a Bpost service point.

In subsequent neighbouring countries, we deliver to your home at adjusted rates:

  • Netherlands: €9.50
  • Germany: €12.00
  • France: €12.00
  • Luxembourg: €12.00

Estimated shipping timeOrders are dispatched the working day following the day you placed the order, unless the item ordered is out of stock, in which case we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery time. Should the additional delivery time not be acceptable, you may always cancel the order free of charge.

Estimated delivery timeThe goods are always delivered on the first working day following the day of dispatch. In other words, what you order today, you will receive the day after tomorrow, unless there is a weekend or public holiday between the day of ordering and the day of shipping, or, as mentioned above, an article is out of stock.

Right of withdrawal:

  • If you wish to abandon your purchase, you can notify us within a period of 14 days after delivery.
  • You then have 14 days to return the purchase. The cost of this return will be borne by the buyer.
  • We ask that the goods be returned original packaging and in new condition.
  • Once we receive the goods, we will refund you the purchase price, plus the shipping costs charged at the time of ordering.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, download the revocation form and deliver this, fully completed, to us via your return.

The buyer must take delivery and check the goods immediately. Complaints for visible defects will therefore no longer be accepted the next day after delivery. Complaints for invisible defects will only be accepted within 8 days of delivery and provided the goods have not been taken into use.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Dendermonde and/or the defendant's domicile have jurisdiction, at the discretion of 't Amerikaantje cvba.

All amounts include VAT.
