SLOPE CARD
The slope map is ideal for detecting avalanche danger and determining how challenging your trek will be. By knowing the slope, you can also estimate the extra distance you will have to travel because of the slope. Always be careful in steep terrain. The risk of avalanches increases if the slope is steeper than 30 degrees. The slope map helps you detect this risk.
SCALE LANYARD
This compass is equipped with a detachable scale cord that works like a ruler. The scale cord has two scales; 1:25 and 1:50, making it easier to measure the distance of your hike.
